The subsidiaries include wener luxury, wener deluxe, wener gold, lily switch socket, Nesfel circuit breaker and all kind of electronic product.

Wener Group of Industries was founded by Nazir Ahmed in 2003 as a trading company. Over the next decades the group diversified into electrical accessories industries.

Wener entered into the Electronic industry in late 2000s.Wener has expanded towards electronics business and these became its most important sources of income. Wener is one of the regular tax payers in Bangladesh and has a strong impact on the country’s economy. It is the one of the largest manufacturer of household switch, socket, circuit breaker having maximum market share in Bangladesh.

Nazir Ahmed

Nazir Ahmed was born in 1st June 1960 in his village Jagatpur under Kachua Upozila, Chandpur. He is the founder and current Managing Director (MD) of Wener Group.

He visited more than 50 countries. He was ex president of Rotary Eskaton general Member of FBCCI. One of the Valuable member in Bangladesh Electrical Association.

He built mosque, orphanage and multipurpose auditorium in his village. He is also founder of Nazir Mia Foundation ( নজির মিয়া ফাউন্ডেশন ). Under this charitable foundation he serve deprive people.
